Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
• Involve in system installation and project coordination
• Strongly require traveling domestic/overseas for projects and support
• Assist in pre-sales and provide support to customers
• Participate in project or any technical documentation
• Assist in software development team
• In charge for office MIS
Requirements and skills:
• Able to speak English and Indonesia
• Graduate of any 4 year IT course
• Minimum 2-3 years in project/installation
• Network know-how and competency is a must
• Experience in Unix/Linux
• Experience in HP and/or Cisco product is a plus
• Experience in IPTV and TV channel headend is an advantage
• Able to work productively with minimum supervision
• Team work and customer oriented
• Hotel IT experience or Cable/TV experience is an advantage
Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
• Professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software sales
• Experience in Solution Selling techniques with an emphasis on strong account management
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
• Highly motivated and results oriented
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
• Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
• Familiar with ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Collaboratively works with management to develop an overall account plan in order to maximize opportunities and generates sales activity with customers and partners
• Achieves/exceeds monthly sales targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers
• Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes objections to capture new businessopportunities
• Evaluates software contract spend and utilization in a given organization. Must then be able to optimize spending patterns, technology usage and implementation strategies.
• Grows and maintains existing customer and partner relationships
• Supports marketing related events, seminars, mailings and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the market
• Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas
• Facilitates all communications, order processing, and reporting of customer and partner
• Develops strong knowledge in negotiation and relationship skills.
• Effectively communicates and presents the value proposition to all executive levels of an organization
• Willing to work travel domestic and overseas (50%)
